We do not provide licensed financial advice unless appropriately licensed and authorised under applicable New Zealand regulations, and nothing we provide constitutes personalised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not take custody of your assets or execute transactions on your behalf.

The scope and flat fee for any paid engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Introductory consultations are offered free of charge.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwi Crypto Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.
